About the N. Center Revitalization Association Neighborhood in Mesa, Arizona

The NORTH CENTER REVITALIZATION ASSOCIATION (NCRA) is a volunteer neighborhood organization dedicated to making good improvements in Mesa's established and multicultural community. Mesa Dr. (east), Country Club Dr. (west), Brown Rd. (south), and McKellips Rd. (north) define the NCRA community boundaries (north). You are a member of NCRA simply because you live next door! NCRA is not a homeowners association that collects dues.

In March of 1998, NCRA was created in reaction to a nonprofit agency, TriCity Behavioral Services, attempting to lodge some of their clients in the community on East Ingram Street. TriCity joined together with concerned neighbors to meet similar aims for community revitalization. As a result, NCRA was established. NCRA's principal priorities are crime prevention, property maintenance, absentee landlords, traffic issues, and youth activities.
